These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkReboot platform at linkreboot.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To access the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

2. Credits, Free Links, Services, and Payments

The Service provides domain backlink data through two tiers:

• Free Links: A selection of domain backlink data is available at no cost. You may view free link details without purchasing credits.
• Premium Links: Premium domain backlink data requires credits to unlock. Each domain costs one credit to view.

Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. All prices are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Purchased credits are non-refundable except through the complaint and credit refund process described below.

Services: We may offer paid, done-for-you services purchasable from the Services page. Services require an account and are paid as a one-time charge through Stripe at the price displayed at checkout. The scope of a service is defined by its published description together with the requirements you provide. After payment you must submit a single, plain-text requirements brief for the order; this brief can be submitted only once and cannot be edited afterward, so please ensure it is complete and accurate. Work begins once your requirements are submitted. We are not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory results caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or ambiguous requirements. We may, at our discretion, cancel an in-progress order and refund the amount paid for it via Stripe. Except where we issue such a refund or where required by law, service fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered. Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, or account credentials in the requirements brief.

3. Domain Data and Accuracy

The domain backlink data provided through the Service (including both free and paid links) is sourced from third-party providers and is presented on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any domain data, including but not limited to:

• Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), Trust Flow, and Citation Flow metrics
• Domain registration status and availability
• Backlink existence and referring page content
• Anchor text and follow/nofollow status

4. Complaint and Credit Refund Policy

If you unlock a paid domain and believe the data is inaccurate, you may file a complaint through the platform. Complaints are limited to the following types:

• Link Removed: The backlink no longer exists on the referring page.
• Domain Not Available: The domain was already registered before you viewed it.

Our automated verification system will evaluate your complaint. If the complaint is valid, a credit refund will be issued automatically. If the system cannot verify the complaint, you will be directed to contact our support team. Credit refunds are limited to the credit spent on the specific domain in question. Complaints are not available for free links as no credits are spent. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

5. Domain Registration

LinkReboot does not provide domain registration services directly. Domain registration is facilitated through our partner, DomainReboot (domainreboot.com). Any domain registration is subject to the terms and conditions of the registrar. We are not responsible for domain registration outcomes or disputes with the registrar.

6. Owned Domains and Enrichment Data

The Owned Domains feature lets you track domains you have personally registered. To add a row to your owned list, the domain must already exist in your Viewed Domains — this anchors each entry to a paid-for snapshot. We then enrich each row with live data we obtain from public sources:

• Registry data via RDAP (registration date, expiration date, last-changed date, nameservers), and
• HTTP response data via a direct probe from our server (the first response status code and the final URL after up to five redirect hops).

Like the underlying backlink data, the enrichment fields are presented on an “as-is” basis. Public registries can lag, return partial information, or be temporarily unavailable; HTTP probes can fail when a domain is offline, blocks server-to-server requests, or sits behind a CDN that responds differently than to a real visitor. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or freshness, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of these fields. You may delete any row from your owned list at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free links, credit, service, or complaint system
• Share, resell, or redistribute domain data obtained through the Service
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service, including captcha challenges and rate limits
• Automate submissions to our sign up, login, contact, or complaint forms

8. Security and Bot Protection

To protect the Service and its users from abuse, we use hCaptcha on our sign up, login, password change, contact, and domain complaint forms. By using these forms you agree to complete a captcha challenge when prompted and acknowledge that hCaptcha's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your interaction with the captcha. We may refuse or reject any submission that fails captcha verification. Details on how captcha data is processed are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Service are the property of LinkReboot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkReboot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited at our discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
